A photographer friend had warned me that fashion shows are notoriously hard to shoot . . .
Lesson learned: Get there earlier and get a better spot.
But all things considered, quite a few of them turned out half-alright so I'm gonna count my little amateur photographer blessings. (Apologies for the blurry ones!)
Soo happy I went and thanks again so much to Amanda, Rocco and Chloe for hooking me up. Kudos to you and everyone involved for a job very well done.

Summer may not quite be here for us on Vancouver Island (yet!) but that doesn't mean we can't dress like it . . . This look exemplifies summery-goodness-style at its best: flirty floral print, a show of skin, aviator shades and short little cowboy boots. Love it!
And maybe you should ditch your denim jacket this season in favour of a cute denim trench like this one! Absolutely adorable. And easily transitional for autumn . . .
